We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, professional credential type and jurisdiction, uploaded documents, and payment information.
Information is used solely to provide report review services, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your submission.
Uploaded DOCX files and generated review PDFs are stored privately. After a completed review is accepted for email delivery, both files are scheduled for deletion from Analysyn storage 24 hours later. Deletion may occur shortly after that threshold during the next automated cleanup cycle. Analysyn retains limited transaction, professional-attestation, scoring, and operational audit metadata, but not the deleted document files.
We use third-party providers such as Stripe for payment processing, Amazon Web Services for private file storage, OpenAI for AI-assisted report analysis, Supabase for submission records, and Resend for email delivery.
