Analysyn provides structured second-reader feedback on psychological, educational, and related professional reports submitted by users. The service offers editorial and structural feedback only.
The service does not certify, validate, or guarantee report defensibility, compliance, or legal sufficiency.
Analysyn does not provide legal advice. Nothing provided through the service constitutes legal counsel or legal opinion.
Analysyn does not provide clinical supervision, licensure oversight, regulatory compliance certification, or professional endorsement.
The submitting professional retains sole responsibility for the content, conclusions, interpretations, compliance, and defensibility of all reports. Feedback provided by Analysyn is advisory only.
Users are responsible for submitting de-identified documents whenever required by applicable law or professional standards.
While reasonable security measures are implemented, users remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws and professional confidentiality obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Rubio Educational Solutions & Technology (REST), LLC, doing business as Analysyn, and its affiliates, for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific review service giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
